Astronaut to become first Indian to set foot on ISS

Indian astronaut Shubhanshu Shukla to make history as the first Indian to step on the International Space Station (ISS) during the Axiom-4 mission. Shukla, along with a multi-national crew, including Peggy Whitson and astronauts from Poland and Hungary, launched from the Kennedy Space Center in Florida. The two-week mission will involve conducting scientific experiments, including those designed by the Indian Space Research Organisation (Isro). Shukla's trip aims to enhance India's capabilities for future human space flights and collaborations, as Isro gears up for ambitious space exploration projects.
