Smokey Robinson files $500m case against rape accusers

Motown legend Smokey Robinson has filed a $500m defamation lawsuit against former housekeepers who accused him of sexual assault. The singer, now under criminal investigation in Los Angeles, denied all allegations, claiming the accusers sought money. The anonymous accusers alleged incidents dating back to 2006, with Robinson's lawyer arguing the allegations were part of an "extortionate" lawsuit aimed at the singer.
