Sikh man with brain tumour held by US immigration faces lack of medical care and deportation threat, family says. Paramjit Singh, a US green card holder since 1994, was detained at Chicago O'Hare International Airport upon his return from India. Singh's family and lawyer allege that immigration authorities are using old cases to delay his release and that he is not receiving adequate medical care for his brain tumour and heart condition. ICE has yet to respond to these accusations.
