More than 80 buffaloes drown in Namibia after falling off cliff

More than 80 buffaloes drowned in Namibia after falling off a cliff while being chased by lions in Botswana, the country's environment department reported. This incident occurred on the Namibian side of the border near the Chobe River. The carcasses will be distributed to local communities, according to the Namibian Environment Ministry. This tragedy adds to the previous incidents of hundreds of buffaloes dying in a similar way in the region.
