Historic lodge destroyed in Grand Canyon blaze

Grand Canyon Lodge destroyed by Dragon Bravo Fire in historic destruction as fires continue in Arizona, forcing North Rim closure for 2025 tourist season. The lodge, operating since 1930s and the sole accommodation at North Rim, was lost in one of the fires ravaging tens of thousands of acres. No injuries reported, but between 50-80 buildings destroyed by the fires. Visitors can still access the South Rim of the Grand Canyon.
