Staff at a US animal shelter in Montana were hospitalized after the FBI used a furnace to burn seized meth, causing smoke to fill the building. The Yellowstone Valley Animal Shelter in Billings was evacuated along with cats and dogs. The animals have been relocated, and those most affected by the smoke are being closely monitored. The incident occurred due to smoke being pushed in the wrong direction, leading to staff exposure to meth and smoke inhalation.
