A Ukrainian national, Volodymyr Z, has been arrested in Poland in connection to the Nord Stream gas pipeline explosions in 2022. The arrest took place under a European arrest warrant near Warsaw, as part of the investigation into the sabotage of the pipelines under the Baltic Sea. The explosions disrupted natural gas supplies to Europe during Russia's invasion of Ukraine, with tensions escalating and suspicions surrounding the attacks. Another suspect, Serhii K, was previously detained in Italy in relation to the case.
