Titanic passenger's watch expected to fetch £1m at auction

A gold pocket watch recovered from Titanic's Isidor Straus is set to fetch £1m at auction on 22 November. The watch stopped at 02:20, the moment Titanic sank in 1912, and was a gift from his wife Ida in 1888. Along with the watch, a letter by Ida describing the ship's luxury will also be auctioned, estimated to fetch £150,000. This rare artifact has garnered significant interest worldwide.
