Three children charged with murder of man in Kent

Three children, including a 16-year-old girl and two boys aged 14 and 15, have been charged with the murder of a man, Alexander Cashford, in Kent. The incident occurred in Leysdown-on-Sea on the Isle of Sheppey, with Cashford being pronounced dead at the scene. The children, all from London, have been remanded in custody and will appear in court, with police appealing for witnesses to come forward.
