Several critically injured after driver rams into 10 people on French island

A driver on Ile d'Oléron in France critically injured several people after deliberately ramming into pedestrians and cyclists before setting his car on fire and fleeing. The suspect, a local man in his mid-30s, was apprehended by police using a stun gun. The incident left four individuals in critical condition, including a young girl.
