Premier League ticket black market exposed

A BBC investigation has uncovered a black market selling thousands of Premier League tickets, with overseas companies using memberships and software to obtain tickets in bulk. Despite ticket resale being illegal in the UK, BBC Sport was able to purchase tickets easily for matches such as the Manchester derby, Arsenal, Everton, and West Ham games. This practice, described as "endemic" in English football, has prompted calls for clubs, the Premier League, and government to combat the black market and protect fans from potential safety risks associated with ticket fraud.
