North Korean defector to sue Kim Jong Un for abuse

A North Korean defector is suing Kim Jong Un and four officials for abuses suffered while detained. Choi Min-kyung, aided by a South Korean rights group, will file both civil and criminal charges marking the first time a North Korean-born defector has taken legal action against the regime. International courts will also be approached by the rights group as the defector seeks justice for victims of abuse under North Korea's brutal regime.
