'It would be cool to be the fastest of all time'
British sprinter Matthew Richardson aims to break the 200m flying start time trial world record in Turkey next week, hoping to become the "fastest track cyclist of all time." Richardson, who switched from Australia to Great Britain after the Paris Olympics, will attempt to beat the current record of 9.088 seconds. Alongside Richardson, two other British cyclists, Charlie Tanfield and Will Bjergfelt, will also be vying to break records on the same track on August 14, with Richardson expressing his ambition to achieve the title of the fastest track cyclist.
