Earl ready and willing to start as England centre

England back row Ben Earl is open to starting a Test match in the centres, following coach Steve Borthwick's suggestion of a possible switch. Earl has played in the midfield during second-half cameos and is willing to step into that role if required. With Manu Tuilagi out of eligibility, Earl could offer a valuable option for generating front-foot ball in the backline.
