UK inflation rate lower than expected at 3.8%

UK inflation rate remains stable at 3.8% in September, lower than expected, with grocery prices rising at the slowest rate in over a year, according to the Office for National Statistics. The inflation rate for food and non-alcoholic drinks decreased from 5.1% to 4.5% for the year to September.
