Typhoon kills at least 11 as it sweeps through Vietnam

Typhoon Bualoi wreaks havoc in Vietnam, killing at least 11 people and causing widespread destruction in central and northern regions. The storm, which hit with winds up to 117km/h, also resulted in hundreds of homes being damaged or destroyed.
