Turkey's civil aviation authority announced fines for airline passengers standing up before the seatbelt sign turns off after landing, citing an increase in complaints about such incidents. The new rules, in effect from earlier this month, aim to curb passenger behavior like grabbing overhead baggage prematurely. Fines, reportedly around US$70 (£50) per violation, will be imposed.
