Slovak PM Fico's attacker sentenced to 21 years in prison

Slovak Prime Minister Robert Fico's attacker, Juraj Cintula, has been sentenced to 21 years in prison for terrorism after shooting Fico during a public event. Cintula fired at Fico at close range, injuring him severely in the abdomen, leading to life-threatening conditions. The 72-year-old attacker denied attempting to kill Fico, claiming he wanted to stop policies harming Slovakia, including military aid suspension to Ukraine, leading to tensions and protests in the region.
