Michelin-starred chef's lobster bisque and foie gras heading to space

Renowned chef Anne-Sophie Pic has crafted a special gastronomic menu for astronaut Sophie Adenot's upcoming space mission to the ISS, featuring delicacies like lobster bisque and foie gras. The menu, called "a pinch of France in space" by the ESA, includes starters, main courses, and desserts for Adenot to enjoy.
