Hawaii's Kilauea volcano erupts creating lava fountain

In the latest eruption of Hawaii's Kilauea volcano, massive lava fountains reaching 100ft high were captured in a video released by the USGS. Kilauea, one of the world's most active volcanoes, erupted for the 31st time in less than a year, spewing fresh lava out at around 14:04 local time. Fortunately, the volcano's monitored activity posed no threat to nearby homes.
