Two Goa nightclub owners wanted in a deadly fire that killed 25 people have been detained in Thailand. The brothers, Gaurav and Saurabh Luthra, fled to Phuket after the incident at Birch By Romeo Lane club. India's ambassador to Thailand, Nagesh Singh, confirmed their arrest and stated they will be sent back to India, as efforts are made to revoke their passports. The brothers' lawyer claimed they are being unfairly targeted in what he described as a "witch hunt."
