Boy fell to death after slip at Cliffs of Moher - inquest

A 12-year-old boy tragically fell to his death at Ireland's Cliffs of Moher after slipping in a puddle near the edge, an inquest revealed. Zhihan Zhao and his mother were visiting the site when the accident occurred. Witnesses saw Zhihan slip and attempt to pull himself up before falling over the cliff edge. An extensive search operation led to the recovery of his body five days later.
