BBC witnesses destruction after house ripped from foundations in Texas floods

Flash flooding in Kerr County, Texas, has caused a house to be torn from its foundations. At least 32 people, including 14 children, have tragically lost their lives in the devastating flood, with rescue efforts currently underway.
