Relentless rains and floods in central Vietnam have led to at least 41 deaths, with many still missing and thousands evacuated. The extreme weather has submerged homes, cut off power to half a million households, and caused widespread destruction in areas like Hoi An and Nha Trang. The recent floods come after a series of natural disasters, including typhoons, have already caused significant damage in Vietnam this year.
