What ruling means for the US-UK deal

The US court ruling on tariffs does not currently impact UK exports of cars, steel, and aluminium. Though the UK has a pending trade deal to reduce car tariffs to 10% and eliminate tariffs on steel and aluminium with the US, it is not yet in effect. Despite this, the US intends to appeal the ruling and could potentially impose tariffs through other means. Uncertainty remains for British exporters as the situation continues to evolve.
