The International Criminal Court (ICC) finds "reasonable grounds" to believe war crimes and crimes against humanity are being committed in Darfur, Sudan. The conflict has led to devastating civilian casualties, with reports of targeted sexual violence against women and girls of specific ethnicities. Amid worsening conditions and a growing famine in the region, over 150,000 people have died and approximately 12 million have been displaced.
