Two killed in suspected Palestinian ramming and knife attack in northern Israel in "rolling terror attack." Police report attacker ran over pedestrian in Beit Shean, then stabbed woman near Ein Harod. Attacker from Qabatiya village in West Bank shot and wounded by civilian in Afula.
