Three former bosses at hospital where Lucy Letby worked arrested over gross negligence manslaughter

Former bosses of killer nurse Letby arrested for gross negligence manslaughter at hospital where nurse killed babies. The three suspects, who worked as senior staff at the Countess of Chester Hospital, were arrested following an investigation into potential corporate manslaughter opened in 2023. The case is separate from Letby's 2023 convictions for murder and attempted murder; she is serving life in prison for targeting babies at the hospital's neonatal unit.
