The doctor fighting for women's health on Ukraine's front line

Dr. Serhii Baksheiev is providing essential gynaecological care to women in rural Ukrainian villages near the front line through his mobile clinic, 'The Feminine Shuttle'. Since 2022, he has conducted over 1,000 gynaecological examinations, including colposcopies for cancer detection. The lack of medical facilities due to the war has led to decreased cancer detection rates, making Dr. Baksheiev's work vital for women's health in these remote areas.
