Telegram founder Pavel Durov plans to leave his $13.9bn fortune to over 100 children he fathered, stating they will share equal rights. Durov intends for his children to access their inheritance after 30 years to encourage independence. The self-exiled Russian entrepreneur also addressed criminal charges in France, maintaining his innocence and describing the accusations as "totally absurd."
