Solving the 100-year-old mystery of two missing Scottish soldiers
Construction workers in northern France found over 100 sets of remains, including two missing Scottish soldiers from over 100 years ago. A team of archaeologists and war detectives painstakingly identified the soldiers by analyzing artifacts and using DNA testing, providing closure to their families. The soldiers, Gordon McPherson and James Grant Allan, were laid to rest in the Loos British Cemetery, finally bringing an end to a century-old mystery.
