Rochdale grooming gang ringleader Mohammed Zahid, known as Boss Man, has been sentenced to 35 years in jail for raping two schoolgirls. Zahid and six other men from Rochdale were convicted of sexual offenses between 2001 and 2006, involving the exploitation of vulnerable girls as young as 13. The men plied the victims with drugs, alcohol, and cigarettes, treating them as "sex slaves" in filthy locations around Greater Manchester. The survivors showed strength throughout the legal process, with support available through the BBC Action Line for those affected by similar issues.
