Phone thief's hospital move after 13 years in jail

Phone thief Thomas White, who spent 13 years in jail, is being moved to a psychiatric hospital following a family campaign. White, under an indeterminate imprisonment order, developed paranoid schizophrenia in custody. His sister Clara White fought for his release, saying his imprisonment was an injustice. His family hopes White will finally receive proper treatment for his mental health issues and is supporting a proposed bill to resentence all IPP prisoners.
