MP who was raped gets Starmer's backing over law change
Labour MP Natalie Fleet, who was raped as a teenager and became pregnant, is advocating for a law change to prevent rapists from having parental rights. Fleet, of Bolsover in Derbyshire, has received support from Prime Minister Keir Starmer and is working to amend the Victims and Courts Bill. She hopes to protect survivors and raise awareness about sexual assault.
