Migrant who returned to UK after removal sent back to France

An Iranian migrant who returned to the UK after being removed to France has been sent back again. The man claims to have been a victim of modern slavery at the hands of smuggling gangs in France. Home Secretary Shabana Mahmood has stated that those attempting to return to the UK will be sent back, as efforts to scale up removals of illegal migrants continue amidst a rise in Channel crossings this year.
