MI5 lied ‘deliberately and repeatedly’ in neo-Nazi spy case, BBC tells High Court

In a High Court case, the BBC accused MI5 of lying "deliberately and repeatedly" to defend its handling of a neo-Nazi agent who abused women. MI5 had initially tried to silence the BBC from reporting on the case, but evidence later proved that the agency had breached its secrecy policy. The court, including three senior judges, is currently considering contempt of court proceedings against MI5 and three individual officers involved.
