Man charged with murder after death of 85-year-old

Man charged with murder after 85-year-old found dead in south London A man has been charged with murder and drug possession after an 85-year-old man was discovered dead at a property on Churchmore Road in Streatham, south London. The victim had "a number of injuries" and was pronounced dead at the scene by the London Ambulance Service. Amithraz Balgobin, 36, of Lambeth, south London, is due to appear at Bromley Magistrates' Court on 7 July.
