Man born with no hands says golf 'saved his life'

Born with a congenital limb deficiency (CLD), Adam Dalton, a 19-year-old from Jersey, found solace and purpose in playing golf, which he describes as "life-saving." Overcoming physical challenges, including underdeveloped arms and no hands, Dalton discovered a passion for golf that not only brought him joy but also improved his mental health and confidence. Through golf, Dalton found a supportive community, competed in international tournaments, and continues to pursue his love for the sport despite facing obstacles.
