Man, 27, drowns saving two nieces at waterfall

27-year-old man tragically drowns saving nieces at waterfall in Brecon Beacons. Mohananeethan Muruganantharajah from Swansea heroically rescued family members at Sgwd y Pannwr falls before succumbing to the water. The coroner ruled his death as an accident following the September 2023 incident.
