Jota was on way to ferry when he died
Portugal forward, Diogo Jota, tragically died in a car accident on his way back to Liverpool for pre-season training after minor surgery prevented him from flying. Jota, 28, and his brother crashed in Zamora, northern Spain, while en route to Santander to take a ferry from Porto. The incident was a result of a tire blowout while overtaking another vehicle, according to the Guardia Civil.
