Glastonbury Festival getaway and clean-up begins

The Glastonbury Festival clean-up is underway as attendees head home after Olivia Rodrigo's performance marked the end of this year's event. The festival site in Somerset will be left fallow in 2026 to allow the land to recover. Volunteers are clearing up discarded items as people are encouraged to leave the site with all belongings, amidst traffic delays on the A303. Organizers are planning improvements for the next festival in 2027.
