Flamingo that escaped UK wildlife sanctuary 'spotted' in France
A flamingo that went missing from a sanctuary in Cornwall seems to have migrated to northern France, as seen in photos. Paradise Park director Nick Reynolds hopes that Frankie, the flamingo, will find and live with a colony of greater flamingos in southern France. Despite clipped feathers, Frankie flew the distance and appears to be flourishing, making rehoming in the UK challenging due to bird flu regulations. Reynolds urges people to share sightings of Frankie to stay updated on her well-being.
