Published: 9/27/2025

This year's Turner Prize exhibition showcases works by artists including Nnena Kalu, Mohammed Sami, Zadie Xa, and Rene Matić, with themes ranging from wars and fantasy kingdoms to identity and societal belonging. Matić's exploration of Britishness and mixed-race identity, Xa's sensory fantasy kingdom with Korean-inspired art, Kalu's vibrant sculptures symbolizing bursts of energy, and Sami's haunting war zone paintings are among the highlights. The winner of the prestigious contemporary art award will be announced on December 9, with each artist offering a unique and compelling snapshot of contemporary art in the Turner Prize exhibition.
