Five things now pricier in Canada due to tariffs

In response to escalating trade tensions, certain products are now pricier in Canada, including fridges, washing machines, vehicles, groceries like peanut butter and canned soup, and clothing and footwear. Tariffs imposed by both the US and Canada have led to increased costs for consumers, with some items seeing price hikes of over 5%. Additionally, the housing and remodelling sectors may be impacted as well due to rising material costs from tariffs on imported metals.
