Ketamine disguised as Chinese tea has been washing up on South Korea's Jeju island, with 28kg of the drug found in foil packs labeled as tea within two months. Authorities warn residents not to touch the suspicious packages and have deployed teams to search the beaches for more of these "tea bag drugs." The Jeju Coast Guard is investigating possible sea and land routes through which the drugs may have entered the country.
