Dozens of soldiers seized in Colombian mountains

57 soldiers have been kidnapped in Colombia's south-western Micay Canyon area by a group of over 200 people, with 31 abducted on Saturday and the rest on Sunday. The civilians, acting under pressure from Farc rebel group dissidents, seized the soldiers in the region known for cocaine production. The incident adds to the tension in Colombia's conflict with rebel groups despite the 2016 peace deal with Farc.
