Boy's sentence for killing 80-year-old dog walker Bhim Kohli to be reviewed

The sentence of a 15-year-old boy who racially abused and killed an 80-year-old man in Leicestershire is set to be reviewed following a referral under the Unduly Lenient Sentence scheme. Bhim Kohli died after a tragic attack in a park, where the boy assaulted him and the girl filmed the incident. While the boy was sentenced to seven years, the girl received a youth rehabilitation order. The Attorney General's Office confirmed the referral but did not review the girl's sentence, sparking calls for increased sentences and parental responsibility for young offenders.
