Boy's sentence for killing 80-year-old dog walker Bhim Kohli to be reviewed

The sentence of a 15-year-old boy who racially abused and killed an 80-year-old man in Leicestershire is set to be reviewed following a referral under the Unduly Lenient Sentence scheme.
