Bet365 boss pay package rises to £280m

Denise Coates, founder of Bet365, received a £280m pay package in 2025, making her among one of the highest-paid bosses in the UK. Her earnings increased by over two-thirds from the previous year, despite a drop in profits at the gambling firm. Coates, who founded Bet365 over 20 years ago, has now earned over £2bn from the company in the past decade. The High Pay Centre criticized her pay as excessive, even as Bet365's pre-tax profits decreased.
