Arrests after protest in support of Palestine Action

Over 20 people were arrested in London after a protest supporting the banned group Palestine Action. The Metropolitan Police confirmed the arrests following a demonstration in Westminster where protesters held placards opposing genocide and supporting Palestine Action. On Saturday, the group was banned under the Terrorism Act 2000, making membership or support a criminal offense punishable by up to 14 years in prison.
