Amber warnings issued ahead of heavy rain from Storm Claudia

Storm Claudia, named by AEMET, has already impacted Spain and Portugal with heavy rain and strong winds. The storm is now moving north, with Met Office issuing Amber warnings for heavy rain in parts of Wales and England. Forecast predicts up to 150mm of rain in south-east Wales with additional amber warnings in place for other regions, leading to potential flooding and transport disruption.
